Welcome! I'm Dr. Emily Meehan. I'm an advanced accredited sports dietitian who has been working in the health and fitness industry for 20 years. For the past 10 years I've been focusing on elite athletes across Australian and international sporting organisations.

About

Dr. Emily Meehan is an experienced, advanced sports dietitian with a demonstrated history of working in the sports industry. Formerly Collingwood Football Club's Senior Sports Dietician, Emily's specialist areas include health promotion, anthropometry, exercise physiology, and sports nutrition. Emily has a PhD focused in Nutrition and High Performance Sport from Victoria University, and currently works at the Victorian Institute of Sport.
